Drummer Dave Tallent announced earlier this week that he will be leaving the band to work on other projects.

Thanks to all our fans who attended tonight. A friend counted 70 heads during our first set. I greeted another 9 folks at the end of our last set. Well over a 100 guests had to have turned out. It was a good night, though it's tough keeping everyone in a groove and on the dance floor. There's no perfect setlist.

Feint Hearts rehearsed tonight for the first time with new lead guitarist, Bob Utberg.

Brooks Imperial leaves band

Keyboardist Brooks Imperial leaves Feint Hearts to work with a Littleton based cover band. Feint Hearts have no immediate plans to add a keyboard player.

Alan Jones leaves band

Feint Hearts founding member and lead guitarist Alan Jones issued this abridged press release moments ago:

Just wanted to...thank...everyone who participated in the Feint Hearts band project...it didn't start out as a band, just some guys jamming because we wanted to make music for the fun of it...what a ride! I had great fun...

My time with the project is over and I am...onto other interests. I wish everyone well...

Halloween gig pictures

Given this week's snow storm, last evening's crowd of 51 or so at Elizabeth's Casey Jones Park Pavilion deserved a medal. We noted a lot of new faces in the crowd and there were great and grand costumes aplenty. Thank you, again, Feinthearted.
